From requirement review to practical factory-route confirmation
You send specifications: thickness, density, size, grade, finish, packaging requirements.
After the specification is clear, we can check whether samples are available from a suitable factory route and confirm sample timing before release.
If samples are available, the buyer can test them before deciding whether to move toward an order.
Production and inspection planning should be confirmed after the selected factory route, specification and order structure are clear.
Packaging and container loading documentation can be discussed by order and factory route.
Cutting tolerance, available dimensions and edge treatment should be confirmed against the selected factory route and order quantity.

Private-label packaging, barcodes, shrink wrap and pallet configuration can be checked when the buyer shares packaging requirements and order plan.
