Important: Kevin Panels does not manufacture products. We operate as an intermediary — matching your requirements with the right partner factory, then managing the export process from order placement through delivery. All products are manufactured by our partner factories, each of which maintains its own certifications and quality control systems.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, page layout, and design — is the property of Kevin Panels and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of website content is prohibited.

Quality claims: Any quality-related claims must be addressed per the terms of the purchase agreement. Our role is to facilitate communication between buyer and factory and to coordinate third-party inspection as specified in the contract.
Production delays: We work diligently to ensure timely production and delivery. However, we are not liable for factory production delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: raw material shortages, government-mandated production restrictions, force majeure events, and port congestion.

5. Governing Law
